Stress occurs for any number of reasons and can show up in day to day living like going to shops, going to work or finding yourself avoiding doing the things that previously you may not have thought twice about.
My approach is non judgmental and compassionate. Its not easy to navigate the challenges that life throws at us. Looking for a therapist is daunting, I know. However if calling me feels too much just give me an email or a text and we will go from there. This is the first step and a lot of time it’s the hardest.
I have both evening and day time appointments, together we will find what works for you.
