I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward personal growth and emotional well-being. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I work collaboratively with people navigating a range of challenges—including anxiety, depression, health related issues, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Whether you’re facing a period of distress or seeking deeper personal insight, my aim is to walk alongside you as you explore what truly matters in your life.
Using an integrative therapeutic approach, I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs, helping you build greater self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and deepen your understanding of thoughts, emotions, behaviours and body sensations.
What shapes my work, as much as my professional training, is my lived experience of
depression, anxiety and living with chronic illness. I know first hand how heavy and isolating
those struggles can be. This personal insight allows me to bring authenticity, empathy, and a
deeper level of connection to the therapeutic relationship. While I don’t presume to know
exactly what you’re going through, I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek support. I
also know the value of talking to someone that gets it – even a little.
My background in mental health recovery education and social care further enriches the work I do. I believe in the strength and resilience within every individual and that meaningful change is possible when we feel supported and understood.
Whether you’re working through emotional pain, chronic health issues, adjusting to life changes, or simply longing for a deeper sense of clarity and self-compassion, I am here to support you. Together, we can explore a path toward greater balance, purpose, and well-being—you don’t have to walk it alone.
