With ten years of Corporate Sales experience, and having worked with life coaches throughout her career in Sales, Catherine brings a lived experience to her life coaching. As an ACCPH accredited Holistic Life Coach, Mind-Body Practitioner, and with a Workplace Wellness Postgraduate Diploma from Trinity Business School, Catherine facilitates her clients through their inner fear(s) by taking a deep dive into the subconscious, to find the root cause to the challenge/conflict that is affecting her clients wellbeing.
