I’m passionate about supporting both adults and young people as they navigate life’s ups and downs. My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, and I have a special interest in helping adults heal from the effects of. Together, we explore patterns, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools to move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I also love working with young people aged 12 and above. Having worked as a school counsellor, I understand the challenges that come with growing up — from starting secondary school and navigating friendships to managing exam stress or changes at home. I aim to create a space where young people feel safe to talk, be themselves, and learn healthy ways to cope and grow.
In every session, my focus is on meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they build confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. My goal is to help each person feel supported, heard, and empowered to make the changes that matter most to them.
